I want to let you know that because of you everything ran smoothly for our reception. If I had known you earlier I would have asked you to help out with our ceremony. I will recommend you to all my friends with upcoming weddings. The decorations were exactly what I had imagined and definitely set the theme of the wedding. You were always helpful and easy to contact which put my mind at ease. But I will tell you a secret… The other company I used to set up for our outdoor Ceremony were absolutely crap, very disappointing, and not to mention rude and I would like to let as many people as possible know about it. He promised a beach wedding package and I paid him $550. All we ended up with was 3 plastic chairs, a small packet of plastic rose petals...that he didn't even scatter, an old table to sign the registry, and he refused to put the carpet down as the ground was slightly damp. The carpet itself I paid $120 for and he didn't even use it. He refused to give me the money back and all the guests thought he was a complete ass. This was definitely one part of the wedding that was really upsetting. But the reception you designed for us was absolutely amazing that it made up for the rest! Thank you again.
